A new generation residence designed for students, young professionals and people on the move
Paris GagnyGagny is the first student residence built and owned by Kaufman & Broad, and operated by Neorésid. With an occupancy rate of 100%, the Neoresid residence, "Paris-Gagny", opened its doors in June 2022 close to the RER E station in the town of Gagny.
Student housing: a social issue
The ever-increasing number of students in France is generating a new demand for housing solutions, which respond to their great mobility and their changing lifestyles, which bring new challenges for society.
This new generation residence, which welcomes in brand new premises students, young professionals, people on the move… for stays ranging from two nights to several months or years, has been designed to facilitate cohabitation and community life.
An architecture that integrates into its environment
The choice of location was also designed to be less than 500 metres from a train station or metro, close to university campuses and schools and in a safe and pleasant environment.
The Gagny residence is also distinguished by a unique architectural signature: a residence that does not look like a student residence.
The residence has accommodation of different surfaces articulated around numerous common areas which allow residents to enjoy moments of conviviality: coworking space, sports room, relaxation area (kitchen, table football, television, etc.), connected laundry and even an interior garden.
The decoration in a very trendy industrial style adds to the attractiveness of the place. All the accommodations are designed to be as practical as they are comfortable and some even have balconies or terraces. They are furnished, equipped and equipped with an office area, a kitchen area, a bathroom and a sleeping area.
