At Kaufman & Broad, interns and work-study students are invited to express themselves through the Happy Trainees survey, created by the independent organization ChooseMyCompany. In September 2022, thanks to the high level of participation, Kaufman & Broad was awarded the HappyIndex® Trainees France label. Young people recognize the opportunities for career advancement, the quality of the work environment, management, motivation and the sense of pride in belonging to the organization.

Our recruitment actions

Every year, we recruit around 150 talented individuals at our sites, all located in France.

We offer rich and varied opportunities to talented individuals from a wide range of academic backgrounds : engineering schools, business schools, universities, etc. All of our positions are open to people with disabilities, provided they have the same skills. Our recruitment team is committed to listening to you. We pay particular attention to meeting you in the field, at school forums and, more generally, we place human relations at the heart of our recruitment process.

The recruitment process in 4 phases:

    Application file

    You create your application file to apply for the offers that interest you.

  2. 2

    Study of your application

    Our recruiters study your profile. In case of positive feedback, they will send you an email within 2 weeks.

  3. 3

    Your profile is selected

    You spend 1 to 3 interviews with one or more managers and an HR manager. You are systematically informed by telephone of the outcome of each meeting.

  4. 4

    You are selected

    if you accept our proposal, you sign your contract within 2 weeks.
