Neoresid is our brand of serviced residences, for short and long stays, for students and professionals on professional or personal transfers. We offer furnished, equipped accommodation with a range of services to make life easier for residents. Our common areas encourage socializing. Every month we organize an event in our residences. We also help our students prepare for oral exams and job interviews, and organize company meetings.
Service, Safety and Accessibility
Neoresid currently has 14 residences in 12 cities, representing 1,500 units. We have numerous projects to open student residences and co-living facilities in Orleans, Reims, Tours, Rouen, Toulouse, and in the Ile-de-France region. Our residences welcome you for a few days or longer, depending on your needs. They have (depending on the residence) a co-working space, a social room, a gym, a movie theater, a laundry … with the reassuring presence of an on-site manager and very competitive rates.
