On a daily basis, all of the group's employees have one objective: the satisfaction of our customers. This is our collective obsession, our common pride and always the best reward. And when this work is also recognized and highlighted by third-party experts, we want to share this recognition with all our partners, with the cities whose high standards guide us towards innovation in the service of people, and of course with our employees, who together and individually embody our ambition, our credo: to work to create a more virtuous city.

Kaufman & Broad is a company where life is good and where trust is the basis of relationships. In October 2022, Kaufman & Broad was awarded Great Place to Work® France certification for the first time. This certification recognizes the success of the approach taken over several years to make the Kaufman & Broad Group an “employer of choice” for its employees.

At Kaufman & Broad, interns and work-study students are invited to express themselves through the Happy Trainees survey, created by the independent organization ChooseMyCompany. Since September 2022, thanks to the high level of participation, Kaufman & Broad was awarded the HappyIndex® Trainees France label. Young people recognize the opportunities for career advancement, the quality of the work environment, management, motivation and the sense of pride in belonging to the organization.

In July 2022, Kaufman & Broad was awarded the Best Managed Companies label by Deloitte. This label recognizes the excellence of companies that stand out for the quality of their management and their performance, following a rigorous and independent selection process. Companies are evaluated on the basis of 4 pillars: strategy, execution and innovation, culture and commitment to employees, and governance structure and financial management.

Kaufman & Broad ranks in the top among French real estate developers, according to the “Best Companies 2025” study conducted by the business magazine Capital. Consumers rated the attention of employees, the level of expertise and the willingness to recommend the brand to their friends and family.

Kaufman & Broad, 2nd most responsible developer! For its third edition of the “Responsible Companies” ranking, Le Point distinguished 250 companies with more than 500 employees. The methodology takes into account 28 key performance indicators in the environmental, social and governance categories. With an average score of 76.4, Kaufman & Broad ranks in the top quarter of these model companies.

Every year, the Fédération Française des Associations d’Actionnaires Salariés et Anciens Salariés (FAS) honors companies that develop best practices in employee share ownership. The Grand Prix 2022 was awarded to the Kaufman & Broad group for its ongoing commitment to its employees, enabling them to participate in the group’s shareholding policy in a variety of ways, independently of remuneration. At Kaufman & Broad, 100% of employees are group shareholders.
