First E +/C- office building of more than 20,000 sq.m delivered in France

Ora

ORA is located in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, in the new district of Porte Pouchet, opposite the ring road. The program for the new district of Porte Pouchet aims to create a new mixed district.

Create a mix of uses in a residential area

As part of the requalification of the Porte Pouchet district, which is enclosed between the ring road and the boulevards of the marshals, the city wanted to design a mixed district, which is also connected to the commercial area located in Clichy/Saint Ouen. In addition to the requalification of existing buildings, small residential buildings with varied architectures have been built, as well as high quality shops, equipment and new public spaces. Ora, the only commercial building on the site, is part of a vibrant, green neighbourhood, open to the city, responding to growing demand from companies that want to offer their employees more mixed uses.

Offering the best environmental performance

Delivered in 2018, Ora is the first office building of more than 20,000 sq.m meeting the requirements of the E +/C- label, i.e. the RT2012 -40%. Ora’s performance is guaranteed by numerous labels and certifications: BREEAM Excellent, HQE Exceptional, WiredScore Platinum, LEED Gold, biosourced, E2/C1.

Imagine different workspaces

ORA, a building designed for its occupants, has largely anticipated changes in working methods, in part telecommuting, in mobile mode, in project mode… Its organisation and modularity encourage exchanges and collective intelligence with more meeting spaces and fewer spaces for the workstations themselves.

It is also innovative in the range of services offered: A restaurant and its contemporary café, a business center, 600 sq.m of accessible and panoramic terraces promote conviviality and meet one of the major aspirations of employees.

This design fully meets the requirements of the Canon group, which has leased 17,000 of the 26,000 sq.m. developed to make it its registered office.
