Rehabilitation and extension of a building in the heart of the 20th district of Paris

AVRON

Located on the edge of the Petite Ceinture, in Avron street in the 20th district, the project combines rehabilitation and extension to create quality social housing in an attractive district of Paris.

In total, 24 new social housing units, 2 shops in the ground floors of buildings to liven up the neighborhood and 8 underground parking spaces will be created thanks to the rehabilitation
of the existing building and its extension over an additional 2,500 sq.m.

The choice of a rehabilitation/extension is an advantage of this project because it willmake it possible to limit annoyances linked to this construction site located in a very busy neighborhood, between an existing residential building and the Petite Ceinture: less waste, less dust, less truck traffic.

An operation that reflects Kalilog’s ambitions

With this ambitious project in the heart of Paris, Kalilog is demonstrating its expertise in developing quality housing and assisting social housing actors in designing tailor-made projects.

The Avron project will offer an accessible, peaceful and virtuous living environment, thanks to its immediate proximity to several metro lines, a direct view of the Petite Ceinture and its bucolic strolls, and NF Habitat HQE certified housing for greater comfort. Thanks to the rue d’Avron project, Paris City Hall will be able to offer new affordable housing in the mythical Père Lachaise neighborhood.
