Our projects in Normandy and Occitanic ‘region awarded to the “Pyramides d'Argent”

The Federation of Real Estate builders (FPI) awards ceremony in Occitanie méditerranée and Normandy ‘region awarded 4 Kaufman & Broad projects.

Pure competes for Pyramides d’Or 2023 award

We are proud to have won the Grand Prix Regional of the 2023 “Pyramides d’Argent” for our “PURE” residence in Grande Motte city. The “PURE” program, signed by the architect from Montpellier “François Fontès”, is in symbiosis with the surrounding nature and offers a living environment where it is good for the inhabitants of the city all year round. With this award, the project will be able to compete at the 2023 “Pyramides d’Or”, which will be organised on December 19th in Paris.

 

The Low Carbon Building Award for PRISM in Montpellier

Kaufman & Broad also won the Low Carbon Building Award for its “PRISM” program located in Montpellier. The entire design of the residence was designed to limit the carbon footprint of the project, particularly with the use of concrete reducing carbon emissions by around 30%.

Cour du Dôme in Toulouse, winner of the “Heritage and Urban Quality” prize at the Pyramides d’argent Occitanie Toulouse awards

Kaufman & Broad was awarded a prize in the “Heritage and Urban Quality” category at the Pyramides d’argent Occitanie Toulouse awards held in early November. Our Cour du Dôme development, designed with Taillandier Architectes Associés, promotes residential development in the heart of Toulouse in a red brick building typical of the Pink City.

“L’arborée”, our award winning “Bois Guillaume” program in the ‘Responsible Conduct of Operations’ category.

Maxence Duforeau, Program Manager of Kaufman & Broad Normandy received this “Pyramides d’Argent” Award with the project architect, “Yeti Architect”, at the ceremony.

This program, on the outskirts of Rouen, offers free home and social housing to meet the needs of the city. Designed in close collaboration with elected officials and in consultation with residents, it is integrated into a green and residential environment. The design of the residence incorporates an important environmental component that aims to preserve the surrounding natural and agricultural spaces because Building means acting, for the city, for the human and for the planet.
