He was co-opted into the Board of Directors on June 25, 2013 and joined Kaufman & Broad on July 1, 2013 as Chief Executive Officer and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors.
He has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kaufman & Broad SA since January 24, 2014.

Sylvie Charles

Sylvie Charles is a graduate of Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris and ENA. In 1993, she was appointed Managing Director of the Cariane group, and in 1999 became Deputy Managing Director of Générale de Transport et d’Industrie. Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of STVA from 2001, she became Chairman of the Board in 2004. In February 2010, Sylvie Charles took over responsibility for SNCF Logistics’ Entreprises et Prestataires Ferroviaires division, which groups together Fret SNCF and all the group’s freight rail companies, including foreign ones; responsibilities which were extended in October 2013 to multimodal entities. In March 2020, Sylvie Charles was appointed Director of Transilien SNCF. She is a member of the Supervisory Board of Geodis SA, an independent director of the SANEF Group and was a member of the Executive Committee of SETER SAS in Senegal from 2020 to 2022.

Jean-Louis Chaussade

Jean-Louis Chaussade started his career at Degrémont in 1978 and was then appointed Chief Operating Officer of Degrémont Spain in Bilbao in 1989. During this time, he served on the Board of Directors of Aguas in Barcelona. Jean-Louis Chaussade then became Chief Executive Officer of Dumez Copisa Spain in 1992.
In 1997, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Lyonnaise des Eaux in South America and Chief Operating Officer of Engie for South America.
He became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Degrémont in 2000 and, in 2004, Deputy CEO of Engie and Chief Executive Officer of Suez Environnement.
Since July 23, 2008, Jean-Louis Chaussade has been Chief Executive Officer of Suez, listed on Euronext Paris and Brussels (€15.9 billion in revenue and 88,000 employees in 2017).
Jean-Louis Chaussade is Co-Chair of the France China Committee and Chairman of the Franco-Algerian Business Leaders Board, part of MEDEF International. He also chairs AFEP’s “circular economy” group.
Jean-Louis Chaussade has an engineering degree from ESTP and a master’s degree in economics. He is also a graduate of the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris and of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.
He was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Suez group on May 14, 2019.
Jean-Louis Chaussade is an Officer of the French Légion d’Honneur.

Yves Perrier
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Edmond de Rothschild group
A graduate of ESSEC and a chartered accountant, Yves Perrier began his career in auditing and consulting. He joined Société Générale in 1987, where he was Chief Financial Officer (1995-1999), then Crédit Lyonnais in 1999 as a member of the Executive Committee, in charge of Finance, Risks and General Inspection (1999-2003). In 2003, he oversaw the creation of CALYON (now CACIB) through the merger of Indosuez and Crédit Lyonnais CIB. He was Chief Operating Officer until 2007.
From 2007 to 2023, he headed the asset management activities of the Crédit Agricole Group.
In 2009, he was the architect behind the creation of Amundi, formed by the merger of Crédit Agricole Asset Management and Société Générale Asset Management. He will be Chief Executive Officer until 2021, then Chairman of the Board of Directors from 2021 until May 2023, when he is appointed Honorary Chairman. Under his leadership, Amundi has enjoyed remarkable development, both through organic growth and through successful external growth operations, notably the acquisition of Pioneer in 2017 and Lyxor in February 2021.
In 2015, Amundi was listed on the Paris Stock Exchange, representing at the time the largest IPO on the French market since the 2009 crisis.
Yves Perrier has also been a member of Crédit Agricole S.A.’s Executive Committee since 2003, in addition to his responsibilities as head of Amundi, and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole S.A. since 2015. In this capacity, he oversaw the Savings and Real Estate division and the steering of the Crédit Agricole Group’s societal project.
Yves Perrier was Chairman of I’AFG from 2015 to 2017 and is now also its Honorary Chairman. He is also Vice-Chairman of Paris Europlace and has been Treasurer Director of Fondation de France, Fimalac Group and Humensis Group (publishing) since 2020. He is Chairman of the Institut de la Finance Durable, which he set up in December 2022 to coordinate the financial sector’s efforts to promote the ecological transition.
Since April 2023, Yves Perrier has been Chairman of the Edmond de Rothschild banking group, which is active in private banking, asset management and corporate finance.
Annalisa Loustau Elia
Director
Annalisa Loustau Elia, 55, of Italian nationality, graduated from La Sapienza in Rome. Annalisa Loustau Elia began her career at Procter & Gamble in 1989, first in the Group’s subsidiaries in Rome and Paris and then at the international headquarters in Geneva until 2001. There she headed global marketing for Pampers, the first brand of Procter & Gamble. She then joined the L’Oréal group as General Manager of several brands. In 2004, Annalisa Loustau Elia joined Cartier where she sat for 4 years on the World Executive Committee as Managing Director in charge, among other things, of product development and marketing.
From 2008 to January 2021 she was Omnichannel Marketing Director and member of the Executive Committee of the Printemps group. As part of her duties, she worked particularly on digital transformation and customer experience.
Annalisa Loustau Elia has been a director of Legrand since 2013, of Campari since 2016 and a member of the Supervisory Board of Roche Bobois since 2018 and member of the Supervisory Board of William Grant & Sons since 2022.

Michel Paris has more than 30 years experience in corporate investment. He contributed to a number of transactions, including those concerning Sogeres, Bouygues Telecom, Atos, Equant, Elior, Frans Bonhomme, Elis, Vivarte, Saur, Coin, Kwik Fit, Cortefiel, Monier, Xella, and EMG.
Previously, he spent two years at Valeo.
Michel Paris is a graduate of École Centrale de Lyon (1980) and École Supérieure de Commerce in Reims (1982).

Lucile Ribot

After graduating from HEC in 1989, Lucile Ribot started her career at Arthur Andersen where she oversaw audit and financial advisory projects for large international groups.
In 1995, she joined the industrial engineering group Fives before becoming the group’s Chief Financial Officer in 1998, member of the Management Board in 2002. She contributed to the Fives group’s growth and strategic development up until 2017. Since then, she has been an independent director.

Holder of a DEA in Private Law and CAPA (Certificate of Aptitude for the Profession of Lawyer), Aline Stickel joined the group in 2000 as a lawyer in charge of litigation and took over the management of the operational legal teams in 2001 as well as of the corporate legal team from 2011. She was also in charge of group insurance from 2001 to 2011.
She taught construction insurance at the ICH (Institut de la Construction et de l’Habitation – CNAM) from 2007 to 2019.
Previously, Aline Stickel practiced as a lawyer with a dominant activity in construction insurance and builders’ liability, with the firm Maravelli-Joubert from 1992 to 1998, then with the firm Roubache-Moiron-Braud from 1998 to 2000.
Aline Stickel has been a member of the Supervisory Board of FCPE KB Actions since 2018.

En 2003, il devient Directeur Commercial pour l’Île-de-France chez Kaufman & Broad, puis Directeur Général Adjoint Marketing en janvier 2005, il assure également la direction commerciale et du showroom pour l’ensemble des opérations de Paris et de l’Île-deFrance. En 2008, il est nommé Directeur Général Adjoint en charge du Marketing-Ventes. Il est membre du Comité de Direction depuis décembre 2004 et Directeur Général Régions depuis janvier 2009.
En septembre 2015, la Direction Marketing, Communication et Digital lui est rattachée, ainsi que la Direction de l’innovation.

Regional Director Kaufman & Broad South-West (in 2004, SA Malardeau became a subsidiary of the Kaufman & Broad group), then Managing Director South-West Region, with the agencies in Toulouse, Bordeaux, Bayonne and Montpellier. He has been a member of the Management Committee since December 2009. Jacques Rubio develops the activities of Managed Residences and External Sales. Yannick Le Bihan

Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Yannick LE BIHAN had a first career at Bouygues Bâtiment from 1992 to 2001, then he joined the NEXITY group as Technical Director and in 2014 became Managing Director of the Nexity Atlantique subsidiary.
At the same time, he supervises the Purchasing and Referencing department as well as the wood construction subsidiary of the same group. Initially, he held the position of Director of the Pays de Loire – Val de Loire Agency within Kaufman & Broad. In October 2021, he was appointed West Regional Director, including the Pays de Loire – Loire Valley – Brittany and Normandy agencies, and he became a member of the Management Committee.

Il intègre Kaufman & Broad comme Directeur de programmes Paris et Hauts-de-Seine. Il occupe ensuite successivement les postes de Directeur des opérations Paris et Hauts-de-Seine, Directeur d’agence Paris Première Couronne. Depuis 2013, il est Directeur Général Adjoint IDF en charge des opérations et de la coordination technique des programmes. En 2021, il est nommé Directeur Général Adjoint Qualité, Architecture et Expérience Client.
Bertrand Eyraud

A mechanical engineer from UTC, holder of a Specialized Master’s degree from HEC Entrepreneurs and a university degree in real estate, construction and town planning law from the University of Panthéon-Assas, Bertrand EYRAUD has had an entrepreneurial career in the production of rural renewable energies then real estate, and then extended within the real estate assembly teams of ADIM (Vinci Construction). Since 2017, he has held the position of Director of Urban Projects and Innovation at Kaufman & Broad. In January 2021 he was appointed CSR and Innovation Director and became a member of the Management Committee.

Position that he will then occupy for 2 years at NACARAT. Georges LOPEZ joined KAUFMAN & BROAD in 2015 as Branch Manager in Bordeaux and La Rochelle. In December 2020 he became Regional Director of New Aquitaine and member of the Management Committee.

Jean-Louis Chaussade started his career at Degrémont in 1978 and was then appointed Chief Operating Officer of Degrémont Spain in Bilbao in 1989. During this time, he served on the Board of Directors of Aguas in Barcelona. Jean-Louis Chaussade then became Chief Executive Officer of Dumez Copisa Spain in 1992.
In 1997, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Lyonnaise des Eaux in South America and Chief Operating Officer of Engie for South America.
He became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Degrémont in 2000 and, in 2004, Deputy CEO of Engie and Chief Executive Officer of Suez Environnement.
Since July 23, 2008, Jean-Louis Chaussade has been Chief Executive Officer of Suez, listed on Euronext Paris and Brussels (€15.9 billion in revenue and 88,000 employees in 2017).
Jean-Louis Chaussade is Co-Chair of the France China Committee and Chairman of the Franco-Algerian Business Leaders Board, part of MEDEF International. He also chairs AFEP’s “circular economy” group.
Jean-Louis Chaussade has an engineering degree from ESTP and a master’s degree in economics. He is also a graduate of the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris and of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.

Annalisa Loustau Elia, 55, of Italian nationality, graduated from La Sapienza in Rome. Annalisa Loustau Elia began her career at Procter & Gamble in 1989, first in the Group’s subsidiaries in Rome and Paris and then at the international headquarters in Geneva until 2001. There she headed global marketing for Pampers, the first brand of Procter & Gamble. She then joined the L’Oréal group as General Manager of several brands. In 2004, Annalisa Loustau Elia joined Cartier where she sat for 4 years on the World Executive Committee as Managing Director in charge, among other things, of product development and marketing.
From 2008 to January 2021 she was Omnichannel Marketing Director and member of the Executive Committee of the Printemps group. As part of her duties, she worked particularly on digital transformation and customer experience.
Annalisa Loustau Elia has been a director of Legrand since 2013, of Campari since 2016 and a member of the Supervisory Board of Roche Bobois since 2018 and member of the Supervisory Board of William Grant & Sons since 2022.

Michel Sirat is Managing Director at Greenhill since 2024. Prior to this, he held major management positions at CMA-CGM (2011-2023), where he was Executive Vice President in charge of Finance, Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions, as well as Group CFO. Previously, at GDF Suez (2000-2011), he managed several entities, including Suez Energy Resources North America, and oversaw trading and portfolio management operations for Europe. Michel Sirat has also held public positions, notably as Alternate Executive Director for France at the International Monetary Fund (1993-1995) and the French Treasury (1989-1993). In parallel, he has served on the boards of several companies, including Eutelsat SA (2022-2023) and Futuren SA (2017-2019), as a member of the audit and strategy committees.

A graduate of ESSEC and a chartered accountant, Yves Perrier began his career in auditing and consulting. He joined Société Générale in 1987, where he was Chief Financial Officer (1995-1999), then Crédit Lyonnais in 1999 as a member of the Executive Committee, in charge of Finance, Risks and General Inspection (1999-2003). In 2003, he oversaw the creation of CALYON (now CACIB) through the merger of Indosuez and Crédit Lyonnais CIB. He was Chief Operating Officer until 2007.
From 2007 to 2023, he headed the asset management activities of the Crédit Agricole Group.
In 2009, he was the architect behind the creation of Amundi, formed by the merger of Crédit Agricole Asset Management and Société Générale Asset Management. He will be Chief Executive Officer until 2021, then Chairman of the Board of Directors from 2021 until May 2023, when he is appointed Honorary Chairman. Under his leadership, Amundi has enjoyed remarkable development, both through organic growth and through successful external growth operations, notably the acquisition of Pioneer in 2017 and Lyxor in February 2021.
In 2015, Amundi was listed on the Paris Stock Exchange, representing at the time the largest IPO on the French market since the 2009 crisis.
Yves Perrier has also been a member of Crédit Agricole S.A.’s Executive Committee since 2003, in addition to his responsibilities as head of Amundi, and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Agricole S.A. since 2015. In this capacity, he oversaw the Savings and Real Estate division and the steering of the Crédit Agricole Group’s societal project.
Yves Perrier was Chairman of I’AFG from 2015 to 2017 and is now also its Honorary Chairman. He is also Vice-Chairman of Paris Europlace and has been Treasurer Director of Fondation de France, Fimalac Group and Humensis Group (publishing) since 2020. He is Chairman of the Institut de la Finance Durable, which he set up in December 2022 to coordinate the financial sector’s efforts to promote the ecological transition.
Since April 2023, Yves Perrier has been Chairman of the Edmond de Rothschild banking group, which is active in private banking, asset management and corporate finance.
