Kaufman & Broad moved to Highlight, a new campus for the Group's headquarters in Courbevoie

Group • 21 April 2023

Highlight was conceived around a strong objective: To create a place that meets the needs of the company, in which each of the employees could work and flourish. It reflects changes in the Group's working methods and is now also the showcase of our know how and the Group's environmental commitments.

New premises for greater conviviality and sharing in order to guarantee well being at work

A truly collaborative campus, Highlight is a tool for collective ambition. Spaces to isolate oneself, places for informal meetings and others for team meetings: Everything is thought out to facilitate internal interaction and boost exchanges for work in project mode. This working method encourages the involvement of all stakeholders and employees for collective success and sustainable performance.

The spaces were also designed to best receive customers :

  • A Showroom to personalise real estate projects,
  • A witness apartment allowing sales teams to support our know how in the building
  • An ideal restaurant for professional lunches and a conference room for official speeches

Special attention was paid to outdoor spaces. The 850 sq.m green island heart meets the edges of the Seine tree with an open and glazed ground floor. On the roofs of the 5th and 15th floor of the quai side building, two planted terraces of 930 sq.m offer exceptional views of the Seine, Paris and La Défense. In addition, the building offers 3 restaurants, 1 fitness room and 1 concierge services.

A certified requirement for all plans

Highlight meets the requirements of construction quality and environmental commitments. The project is part of a performance approach in terms of well being (Well Building Institute gold level), digital (WiredScore Gold certified) and environmental (Effinergie rénovation certified, NF HQE excellent level and BREEAM very good level).

More than offices, Highlight is a life address for Kaufman & Broad employees.
