January 20, 2026 — Kaufman & Broad announces it has been awarded an “A” score in the 2025 annual assessment of CDP’s (Carbon Disclosure Project) Climate questionnaire. This rating places Kaufman & Broad at the top of its industry. It recognizes the Group’s level of commitment to environmental transparency and concrete actions to limit climate change.
CDP evaluates companies’ environmental performance each year on a scale from A to D. The “A” score is awarded to organizations demonstrating excellence in environmental management, notably through robust climate-risk management and the implementation of ambitious strategies to reduce greenhouse-gas emissions.
For Kaufman & Broad, this distinction validates several major strategic pillars:
-
Transparency in reporting and measuring climate-related data
-
Steering a structured climate strategy integrated into the company’s development model
-
Aligning carbon-reduction targets with the most stringent international standards
Nordine Hachemi, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, said:
“Receiving an ‘A’ score—the best in our sector—demonstrates the excellence of Kaufman & Broad’s environmental practices. This recognition from an international organization like CDP validates our decarbonization strategy and confirms our leadership in this field. Such a score strengthens our determination to help build a decarbonized, more sustainable city.”
Bertrand Eyraud, Head of CSR & Innovation, added:
“This recognition highlights the tangible impact of our teams’ day-to-day actions to deploy the Group’s transition levers such as eco-design, the energy transition, and responsible procurement. It illustrates our teams’ commitment to evolving our practices—and those of our partners—to address climate challenges while remaining efficient and creating value.
